5. Audit and Evaluation
Once the initial stages are concluded and with the information gathered in the previous component, specialists will confirm that the IADB-GDF project has adhere to the applicable regulation framework, that it has been registered according to accounting principles and, most importantly, that it reached the foreseen results. All of this confines the project to a results logic, which makes it consistent with the RbB principles. |
